Lelo INA 2 Rabbit Vibrator Review

Lelo's freshman effort at a rabbit vibrator was met with lukewarm reception. Sure, it's made from silicone and elegant looking, but so were many toys on the market. Lelo has sought to fix those problems that left so many people unsatisfied while adding extra oomph. The result is the Lelo Ina 2, a premium rabbit vibrator that shares almost nothing in common with other rabbit vibrators.

The design is sophisticated and sleek, and you're not limited to girly colors with the Ina 2. It comes in green and orange in addition to a deep purple. Those aren't the only differences from the original Ina, however.

Lelo INA 2 Versus Original INA

Ina 2 differs from the original in several key ways:

  • The insertable portion is wider and longer with a greater curve, which makes for better G-spot stimulation. The insertable length is still just 4.3”. However, you might find this “improvement” isn't ideal if you prefer smaller toys.
  • A longer base also makes it easier to hold during use. It's now just under 8 inches long.
  • Lelo has increased the gap between the inner portion and the clitoral stimulator. This is a big deal because the clit arm was so close to the base in the first one that many people felt an uncomfortable pinching!
  • It is now completely waterproof, so you can take it with you into the shower or even the hot tub. Just don't forget your favorite silicone-based lube to keep things comfortable!
  • Lelo has managed to both increase the power output – they claim by 100% – and make Ina 2 quieter than the original rabbit! However, only the internal portion is more powerful; the clitoral shaft remains the same, so you may be disappointed if the original Ina wasn't strong enough.
  • The seam between plastic and silicone is smaller with the Ina 2, making cleanup easier than with the original.

What's stayed the same is the 4-button control panel, which is easy to find even in the throes of passion and easy to use.

Features of Lelo's Ina 2

There are a few features of this rabbit vibrator that make it worth its premium price.

Body-safe silicone means you don't need to worry about your health. And if you sterilize between uses, can even try it anally, too! Wipe it with a 10% bleach solution in between to make sure it's clean, and be mindful of the seam between the two materials.

Travel lock ensures you don't worry when it's in your purse or bag. It won't accidentally go off, altering strangers to what you have. This is also good to use when stored in your nightstand or while washing. Simply press the + and – buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to activate this feature. The lights will flash when it's on.

8 vibration patterns including pulsation, escalation and multiple constant vibration modes, so you're sure to find the one that works for you.

Rechargeable via USB. Charge plugged in or from your computer. Never worry about running out of batteries again! Lights flash during charge and turn steady when it's finished. A single charge can provide up to 2 hours of stimulation.

Dual motors for powerful G-spot and clitoral stimulation. You can operate the toy with both motors on, or they can operate independently of one another if you find having two motors is too much or you simply want to focus on your clit or G-spot this time around.

The Perfect Rabbit?

Don't get me wrong, the original Ina and Mona vibrators, which use the same motor, weren't super weak. But the added power in the most recent round of upgrades – Mona 2 also has a stronger motor – are a welcome addition.

The altered shape and flexibility with the clitoral arm may be just what the doctor ordered, but Ina 2 is going to run into the same issues as any rabbit vibrator at the end of the day: either it fits your body or it doesn't. And if it doesn't, you're not going to get much use out of it. It seems like plus-sized women may not find this the best fit.

This isn't necessarily Lelo's fault. They've listened to previous complaints, but no rabbit vibrator will work for every body out there. Because of this, we're hesitant to recommend it to everyone. If you enjoyed the original Ina but needed more power or wanted a slightly different shape, it's worth checking out Ina 2. However, if you haven't had much luck with rabbit vibrators or you're already satisfied with your Mona, it might not be worth shelling out the money for a premium vibrator that may miss the mark.
